“My daughter and I were doing a college tour of the Great South. We booked this property from Expedia the day of. We arrived to find that this was not a hotel but a condominium being rented out as a short term rental. So there was no reception desk. The address given was for a retail store and there was very little signage to identify it. After the wonderful interaction with a resident of the building she let us know about the check in protocol. After searching numerous emails and texts we found……

“The cost was too high for the accommodations.”

“Amazing condo! Easy check in! Condo was extremely clean, spacious and had the most amazing view of Battleship NC & Cape Fear River. This was our first stay in Wilmington and we would definitely stay at this condo again. Parking garage was close by. You can walk to everything, restaurants were close by on the riverwalk.”

“Everything was great!”

“Precious and cozy little apartment in a very convenient spot in downtown Wilmington. We were walking distance to everywhere. Host was very helpful and responsive and left snacks and waters to enjoy. The apartment comes with a pass to a nearby garage which was an added plus. There is a bar right downstairs so lots of chatter could be heard but it wasn’t enough to ruin our stay. I would definitely recommend.”

“All was as advertised. We will stay again.”

“Room was clean, host was accessible for questions and great access to the beach.”

“Excellent location. But having said that, there is some street noise to deal with. But the apartments is very well appointed and it was a great stay overall. Great communication from the property owner and off street parking!”

“The property is very nice and clean. The directions for the parking garage are a little confusing. A little more detail on where it is located would be helpful.”

“Such a great place to stay in an amazing location! 10/10 recommend staying here! Host was great and even had the place ready a few hours early for us! They had everything you needed for your stay! Can’t wait to stay here again!”

“We had a wonderful stay! The location couldn’t have been better—just steps from the beach and within easy walking distance of great restaurants and shops. The condo was clean and the host provided clear, detailed instructions that made everything easy from check-in to check-out. They were also very responsive and answered our questions quickly. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we all slept great. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Wrightsville……

“The view of the Cape Fear river is amazing. We had a really nice time and the place had everything we needed.”
