"Great staff. Check in was quick and easy. Rooms were super clean."

"Parking was easy. The room we stayed in was terrible. There were some sketchy stains on the floor and on the mattress (that wasn’t discovered until the morning we left), we got rid of 2 bugs in our room, the entire 3rd floor smelled like a mixture of marijuana & body spray even though the hotel was “smoke-free”, the complimentary breakfast was cold & not cooked all the way, there wasn’t anything to drink and it was a complete mess. There was huge false advertisement on this property. We will not be back."

"It was hard to find someone at tne front desk and the didn't provide my finance with a key although his name was provided in the booking and the stay plus incidental fees were paid prior to his arrival before me getting into town. We requested towels for the next day and were told none were available so we had to purchase towels in order to bath for the day. When speaking with the front desk staff they were distracted and speaking with other guests while I was in front of them to address my needs/concerns."

"There were roaches in the kitchen area and bathroom. There was hair all over the bathroom and the shower curtain was moldy and wet when we arrived. The fire alarm went off at 430 am and staff said it was set off by some steam from a shower. When I reported the problems the staff member said we will look into it. No resolution was offered."

"The hotel was conveniently located. Breakfast was nice and the staff was super friendly and helpful."
