“If you are looking for a place to stay in Fort Smith this place is fabulous. The property is very newly renovated and very clean and modernly designed. Very comfortable bed. The host is very easy to contact and have every detail needed about our stay. She even made our stay so comfortable by leaving toiletries just in case you forgot something, some snacks in the kitchen, and tons coffee and creamer. I absolutely loved the kitchen as all the drawers were labeled as to what’s in the drawer so you……

“The property was even cooler than advertised. This old house was updated in such an awesome way. The vampires are living good! We had a question upon arrival and the host/Dracula showed up in person before we could even message. What an unforgettable stay- mainly from hospitality of the host!”

“The place is amazing. There is a fantastic deck to the water outside. Some of our guests did a little catch and release back there and some of us just relaxed and enjoyed the beautiful weather. The open plan in the house was perfect for those inside. There is also a sun room attached for a smaller group to visit. We had guests from Denver, San Francisco and other places that were all very impressed. Jake and Amber were very responsive. I think you should put pictures of the deck to the water on……
