"The staff was awesome! From the time we came in the front door until we left, everyone that worked there was friendly and helpful. The breakfast attendant went out of her way to accommodate our wishes. The rooms were large, comfortable and quiet. The beads were very comfortable. The only negative was that the pool was closed. It would have been nice if that was stated on the website. "

"Poor breakfast,staff knew I was paying cash because my bank account was low, so I paid cash and a deposit. They charged my bank also and over drawed my account. And I was charged 29 dollars for over draft and the money was never deposited back, "

"The cabin was so large and spacious in a beautiful wooded setting. 3 bedrooms. 1 King size bed with bathroom. Another room with 2 sets of bunk beds and another room with queen size bed. 2 refrigerators and all you need in a kitchen. Big clearing area with firepit. Huge wrap around deck. Price was great. Loved our stay there!"

"The room is good, the bed is comfortable, breakfast is good, and the ev charging is why I chose your hotel, and that has been excellent. Unfortunately, we are in an accessible room, and on the second day of our stay, the carpets in the hallways on our entire floor were ripped out and being replaced. We are being bombarded by chemicals in the air, holes in the carpet padding between our door and the elevator, which is a tripping hazard not only for me but also my 86 year old mother who is the reason for the accessible room to begin with. There has been equipment, tools, and electrical cords between us and the elevator (which is currently cleared) since 3 pm. on Friday, April 3rd, when we checked in. It's now after 10 pm. on Saturday, April 4th, and the work is still continuing, and the hallways are not halfway done. The only warning sign is on the floor side of the elevator and can't be seen until you are getting back onto the elevator to leave the floor. There is no warning of any construction before you get to the floor. On Sunday, April 5th, when we were attempting to checkout, the carpet padding was being laid down and there was excessive pieces that made it harder to get the trolley and the wheelchair out."
