"I work remotely, and this was one of the few places with enough space and a proper desk setup for my meetings—without interfering with my husband's activities. We absolutely loved the pool, and the kitchen appliances were a dream! After long days exploring, coming home to the smell of dinner from the crock pot was such a comfort. The air fryer got daily use too—we saved so much money by cooking instead of eating out.The golfers provided endless entertainment! The house is perfectly positioned so they don’t realize there’s a water hazard—you get front-row seats to some hilarious moments. And the birds! The wildlife here is absolutely stunning. My husband loved sitting by the pool when we weren’t working—it brought us so much joy.The furniture was super comfy, the master bed was incredibly cozy, and the closet space was perfect for our extended stay. Even the laundry room was a highlight—so convenient and well-equipped. Communication was excellent throughout, and honestly, we wish we could make this place our permanent home.This home was truly our bread & butter. Thank you for creating such a peaceful, welcoming space."

"We would return. We were quite impressed. Very comfortable and nice. We appreciated the great space. Wonderful pool area and kitchen. Communications with hostess were great. Wish it was self-check-in. We didn't get to swim so didn't ask for pool to be heated. Listing needed to be updated to read accurately, but logic told me three king beds probably wouldn't fit in one room. "

"We booked this home to be close to wedding on Manasota key beach. We were looking for a place our family could all stay together and relax before and after wedding that was comfortable! We were all so happy with home, this was such a nice house. I have rented many rental homes and never stayed in property that thought of and provided everything! Host provides everything you need! Clean, neat, decorated nicely with beach theme. Organized from dishes in the cabinets to labeled hot tub and pool remotes to each light switch. (I loved this) He provided extras like grill, kayaks, beach chairs, beach toys, coolers and beach wagon to bring everything to the beach. (So nice to have all this while on vacation) Even the little things like coffee, filters, dish soap, laundry soap garage bags. (The stuff most forget to provide or just don’t with most rental homes)Host David was amazing from time we booked! He provided great communication and we texted a few times while we were there just to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay! This house was a dream rental for our family and we truly enjoyed the house and our stay! We will be back!! Thank you David!! "

"Beautiful home, crafted with love and integrity. This home is clearly not just an income property! The hosts/homeowner(s) could not have been anymore welcoming, friendly and beyond accommodating.. Honestly It felt like being at a friends house and that’s how we were treated, as if we were friends. A perfect family vacation of which we had the privilege to celebrate in this obviously well loved home! This home and hosts met our every need and there were12 of us! Thank You for an amazing trip!"
