“朝食のアレルギー対応の食事があるか何度もメッセージを送ったが、返事が一切無かった。そして滞在前に事前チェックインのメッセージがホテル側から届いたが、旅行中で忙しい為（4室もあり対応に時間がかかることから）、ホテル到着時にチェックインする旨をメッセージしたが、また返事が無い。翌朝また事前チェックインのメッセージだけ送られて来て、仕方なく忙しい中、事前チェックインを行った。ホテルに到着すると、すぐに鍵が渡される訳ではなく、またチェックイン作業があり、非常に手間がかかるホテルだった。スタッフも快い対応では無かったことが、せっかく良いホテルに宿泊したはずが、残念な点だった。朝食は大変素晴らしく、朝食のスタッフの対応だけは良かったことが救いとなった。”

“The Main level of the hotel is kept beautifully. Bedrooms were ok. Bathrooms need fixing up. . Beds comfortable. There was no shampoo is bathroom and the carpet needed vacuuming. Breakfast was solid. Bedrooms felt just a bit shabby.”
