Sag Harbor secluded retreat

Relax in your own retreat with gunite pool, outdoor shower, and massive deck.
The house and property are very special. It sits on two sprawling acres of grand, mature evergreen trees. The house is set back 150ft and on the top of a hill up a long driveway. You cannot see the house from the road.
The house is a "high ranch". On the first floor there are two bedrooms and one bathroom plus a tv room/den. The first floor was completely renovated last year so everything is new. The kitchen, dining room, living room are on the second floor with another bedroom and a completely renovated bathroom. The kitchen has a new refrigerator along with a Bosch oven and cook top. The kitchen/dining/living room have an open layout which extend to a massive deck through giant sliding glass doors which then leads down stairs to the yard, pool and outdoor shower.
The Ipe deck is gorgeous and makes this house a place for true indoor/outdoor living. You feel like you are literally living in the trees since it is off the second floor and surrounded by specimens.
