“Hot water never got above lukewarm, room had a chemical smell to it, and the beds were hard as the floor and were not queen size. They were full size. ”

“Room hadn’t been cleaned very well, especially the floor and tub. The carpet was in horrible shape, wear wise. The couch was very worn and dilapidated. There was mold under the soap holder in the tub, and the metal on the fixture in the tub was rusted and damaged. ”
