“The room is not clean at all. You can't see the ocean from your room or house which you must be careful when you decide to book. The host is not friendly as they come from New York and all they care is only money.”

“The housekeeping did a very very bad job. Did not clean the room well. Also the aisles and the stairs were always dirty. The housekeeping were also not friendly and did a very bad job at putting clean towels. There was always lacking some. Also did not change the bedsheet as supposed to. I must say, 2 of the staff members were very friendly and kind. Ms. Rosita from the front desk and mr. Adrain from the security. Adrian was the sweetest. Also very helpful. They definitely stood out. All of the staff were exceptionally polite and well versed in their jobs. The property is well positioned and is an easy walk into Hole Town. Would definitely stay here again”
