There are a large fishing/crabbing dock steps from the back door. It is across the street from the Beach Club which includes activities, restaurants, two pools, shopping and the beach access. Enjoy the screened in porch that overlooks the beautiful marsh and canal for the chance to see amazing wildlife every day! The bathrooms are wonderfully updated as well as all the furniture, mattresses, Smart TV and decor. It comfortably accommodates up to 6 people. 189 Beach Club Villa is a 2nd-floor unit located in the heart of Fripp Island.

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
