“I paid for the hotel through Hotel.com and lived in this hotel in April. The staff told me they didn't have the payment record and I needed to pay again when I checked out. Finally I found them I was charged twice and contacted them for follow up. They admitted it was a mistake and agreed to refund. “Great location with easy access to Metro and walking distance to L’Opéra, Place Vendôme , and Lafayette department store etc. clean and Spacious room for Paris city center standard. Friendly and helpful staff including front desk, and concierge who offers great advice. House keeping staff should pay more attention in details such as replacing amenities etc. would be nice to offer two bottles of water ( instead of one ) everyday for double occupancy. ”
