"All gone wrong… maps tooks you to another building, the phone number is wrong, it takes forever to get rid of the chat bot and talk to a real person, then you got the place phone number, but … the receptionist only speaks Spanish (not French and English as promised) . After get directions, the rooms does not look like the pictures, no plates , no pillows, no tables at outdoor, just an empty apartment (the linens and towels were there..) "Excellent accommodations. Booked my mother & 15 year old daughter for 21 days here while my daughter attended a day camp. Highly recommend Hostal Hispanico II, staff very friendly & attentive, room was perfect for two or 3 & even had a 3rd mattress to pull out under twin bed. "When we arrived at the hotel the front door was so heavy that I actually thought it was locked so I rang the bell which didn’t please the receptionist. She was very rude and proceeded to tell me that hotel parking was extra and that I had to pay extra for the dogs on checking in. Our room was on the 3rd floor and it was quite dirty as per photos. "Stayed here a few times now, good stop between santander and Portugal. Good breakfast including decaff coffee. Very clean, welcoming, excellent beds and lovely shower and bathrooms. Only down side is no kettle in room, but there is a nice cafe in reception area. Recommend to anyone and the price is excellent for the quality. Even has a outdoor pool during summer months "
