“The room was clean and there were no signs of obviously needed repairs. The a/c worked well & the bed was comfortable enough. The pool, while indoor, is small. The "fitness center" was laughable for a serious gym rat, but that's par for a chain hotel & neither of those things is a deal breaker. I'd stay here again if ever up this way again.”

“Booked thru Expedia earlier in the day. Upon arrival at 4pm found the place locked up and no humans anywhere. Phone number on door was called without an answer. Phone number on website called without an answer or call back. Emailed never got a response. A cleaning company did arrive shortly after 4pm and a team of cleaners entered the establishment. Ended up having to book a nearby hotel (also thru Expedia) instead. Tried to reach Expedia for assistance which was pointless as not certain any……

“Have stayed here twice. Very convenient to the college, easy check-in. Both times we were here, there was a blizzard, but the host helped dig our car out and kept the property clean and passable. Would stay again. ”

“There is no parking near the hotel. You have to park and drag your bags. 1 elevator was broken, but the other worked fine. Shower is hard to control, but once you get it set, it's nice. No door on the shower so the floor will get wet. Overall it was good and met our needs.”

“The hotel was excellent- but honestly, even if it was terrible I’d give 5 stars just for the staff! They were incredibly kind, helpful, personable. So sweet to my kids, so knowledgeable about the area as well as surrounding areas. Would happily stay here again. Thank you!!”

“The washer only operate with hot water. I don’t wash my clothes in hot water so I ruin some of my clothes. That really was the only issue I had.”

“I was pleasantly surprised at how adorable this place was! It had a bedroom attached to a living room area that had a mini fridge, sink, couch and table. You can tell it’s been renovated and there is work being done nearby of an additional rooms. The beds are super comfy and I appreciated all of the touches they did to make this place boutique~e and cute. Would stay there again.”

“The hotel is under renovations and it does not tell you that anywhere before booking. The AC was effected because of this. The pool and public restrooms in the lobby were closed because of it. The lobby is torn up due to the renovations. The outside of the building was a mess due to the renovations. We got a nail in the tire of our rental car because of the outside work. But I do have to say that both Bryon and Mark were amazing! They went above and beyond for us. They did their absolute……

“The restaurant staff were exceptional. They were friendly and ready to provide an excellent breakfast. The staff at the desk were another story. We came a little early. She let us put our stuff down but with an attitude. We went back after 4:00 and I guess we were expected to know that we were supposed to get a text message with the information. We came in tired from waiting and here they didn’t have our phone number. Our room was on the 1st floor near the dumb waiter and ice machine. Extremely……
