“We stayed in the Executive King suite with the Jacuzzi tub. For starters the room smelled like an ashtray. The bed was so uncomfortable and the hideabed was even worse. The coffee was terrible and not Starbucks as shown in the pictures definitely wouldn't reccomend.”

“Only about 4 TV channels to watch while you want to relax at night I guess you get what you pay for right , not very helpful front desk practicly accused minute of checking in ' That I may steal towels from them ' ! Like what ? In a polite way they should've said " For Incidentals " not oh you may steal ! Judgemental or what ? Then the older guy afternoon shift not friendly at all either , a Smile wouldn't hurt or have a good day . The room was outdated but then of course you get what you pay……

“There were four to five people in staying and they put my husband and I in an adjoining room next to an older couple who had their tv blaring all night. We couldn't sleep well. “This property is not in a good part of town. There were lots of homeless people in the area. My vehicle was too tall to fit in the parkade and they only had 4 spots for oversized vehicles.
