"Poor TV reception, AC difficult to use. tinnie tiny room, bad bed, cheap"

"Great location. We walked right out into the sand. The beach was picturesque and had picnic tables, chairs and palapas. We were able to walk into town on the beach as well as the street. About a 10 min walk. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable . We will absolutely stay here again "

"The property is very welcome to pets. It is very clean and is maintained very well. The ocean is right there! Roy and Jeanette are excellent host. I had a great time."

"The bar and restaurant were closed but we were told differently. We expected to be able to have the restaurant cook the steaks we brought but instead had to leave,then for the maid. Apparently everyone was off after Semana Santa. But that was not disclosed. "

"Dora was great. We had trouble opening the garage door. She had her maintenance guy there within the hour to help us out. Very nice and clean. The sunset and sunrise were breathtaking from the terrace."

"Excellent location with 2 restaurants within a few kilometers each way on 5. Quiet mostly empty beach other than a few vehicles riding by throughout the day. Tons of hot water in the shower! More than enough kitchen utensils. Lots of patio furniture and water crafts. "
