With multiple living areas, recently upgraded bathrooms, gorgeous views, an impressive kitchen, and accommodations for up to 18 people, Casa Aqua Vista has it all. Located just steps from Rancho Percebu’s community amenities, this is the perfect home for a family vacation. Instead of splitting your family and friends up into multiple hotel rooms, bring everyone together in this 2500 square foot home. One of the most impressive features of this home is the gourmet kitchen and dining area. Designed to cater to large groups, this open concept space features modern appliances, expansive counter space, and cabinets and drawers filled with kitchen basics. There is a breakfast bar with four high-top seats, and two dining room tables with a total of eleven chairs. The open, L-shaped kitchen makes it easy for guests to move seamlessly through the space, and the windows allow for plenty of natural light. Make a big family breakfast and enjoy it together, or order take out from the many local restaurants and enjoy an easy dinner in a comfortable space. The large kitchen leads right into the main living room. This lounge area has a billiards table, cream-colored sectional, and additional loveseat, all in front of a flat-screen TV. With warm color tones and locally inspired artwork, this main living area is ideal for a family movie night. A single door leads from the living room out to the shady patio. There are two bedrooms set directly off of this main living room. They both have two Queen beds each, name-brand linens, and warm color tones. There is another bedroom located directly off of the kitchen and it has a single Queen size bed. The fourth bedroom is located right next store and has another set of Queen size beds. Guests in this bedroom have access to a private bathroom, complete with a walk-in shower and elegant vanity area. The fifth and final bedroom is right next to the fourth bedroom and has a single King size bed. With beautifully tiled floors, designer finishes, and large windows, this impressive bedroom makes it easy to fall fast asleep after a long day at the beach. Bedroom number five also has a private bathroom and a laptop-friendly workstation. The layout of this home makes sense for big groups traveling together, as it offers wide-open living spaces and splits the bedrooms up throughout the home.
