“We rented this property so we can meet with friends and family from different locations in US and Europe! The terrace overlooking the sea was roomy and great for gathering with our friends and family who stayed at other nearby locations! The sun was hot in the afternoon but the shade of the terrace at that time of day allowed us to be able to spend time outside overlooking the water. The house is steps away from the beach! The village is not touristy which we loved as we had a genuine Italian……

Restaurants, pubs, shops and supermarkets are close to the house, the view of the sunset from the balcony of the house is spectacular and the village is very pretty. In the local restaurants you can taste excellent Sicilian wines and dishes ... The owner is very kind and helpful.”

“Il est des endroits où l'on se sent bien et que l'on ne voudrait jamais quitter. La maison de Carlo est un de ceux là. La vue depuis la terrasse est superbe, la plage à proximité est juste très précieuse et les prestations de la maison sont simples mais il y a tout le nécessaire pour un séjour réussi. Nous y avons passé une semaine très agréable. Merci à Maria Grazia, Antonello et Carlo.”

“Ottima l'accoglienza della proprietaria , disponibile a chiarimenti e assistenza.un benvenuto con un generoso cesto di frutta e casa pulitissima con tutto ciò che serve per cucinare ed essere conviviali. La casa è fresca con un giardino piccolo ma sufficiente a pranzare in 12 persone comodamente sul patio. Vicino tutti i servizi (tabaccaio,bar pizzeria e più in là anche un supermercato).ben collegato e con guardiania all'ingresso... Insomma un ottima esperienza in una casa che consiglio……

“Dieses Haus in Patti ist eine großartige Unterkunft für einen entspannten Urlaub. Es ist alles vorhanden, die Lage ist ruhig in einer Einfamilienhaus Wohngegend, das Meer nur wenige Gehminuten in Sichtweite (von den Balkonen) entfernt. Das Haus ist sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung sehr gut, inkl. aller Küchenutensilien. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und haben uns mit frischen Handtüchern, Laken, den weltbesten sizilianischen Keksen und tollen Reisetipps versorgt. Wir haben eine tolle……

“Die Villa liegt herrlich oberhalb von Capo D´ Orlando. Der Tennisplatz ist vor der Haustüre. Der Pool ist sehr Groß 6mX12m. Außenrum gibt es viel Grün. Die Terrasse vor dem Haus ist überdacht und ebenfalls groß. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das einzige was uns fehlte war ein Geschirrspüler. Wenn es Fragen gab, der Vermieter war immer erreichbar.”

The view is incredible and can be seen from the top deck, as well as the entire back of the property. The pool w/ pool house was so much fun, also gorgeous, plenty of places to sit , lounge and a full size fridge for easy access to beverages. On the side of the pool area there is a lovely covered trellis area……

“Un accueil chaleureux et un suivi très rapide dès qu'on avait une question ou remarque. Angela est une personne si chaleureuse et généreuse qu'on se sent de suite à l'aise et bienvenue. Elle nous a bien conseillé sur des destinations à choisir et surtout, un jour a tout préparé puis célébré dans le four extérieur de la maison la meilleure pizza de notre vie, les enfants n'oublieront jamais. La seule remarque pas enthousiaste: pour cette destination, il faut avoir une voiture à disposition.”

È posizionata alla fine di una stradina molto stretta, a strapiombo, ma protetta da ringhiera in ferro. Incontrare una macchina nel senso opposto diventa un problema se non si è nei pressi di un unico slargo. Occhio alle dimensioni delle auto, noi ci siamo trovati bene con una Fiat Panda. Potenzialmente la casa è meravigliosa, ampi spazi esterni con tavoli per……

Sollten sie dem nicht kurzfristig nachkommen, werde ich mich an die Behördlichen Verbraucherschutz wenden und meinen Fall vortragen. Ich habe bereits über Fewo direkt (Kommunikation mit Nicole R.) , als auch VRBO (Kommunikation mit Alysa) sowie der Vermieterin (Kommunikation mit Martina) den Umstand angeklagt. Beste……

“Beautiful setting. We spent one night. Spent the afternoon and evening by the beautiful pool looking over the ocean. The weather was great and it was a peaceful, relaxing, stunning setting. Room clean and comfortable. Shower stall a little tight. Breakfast was good. Great value for the setting and comfort. ”
