Check-out: Check-out is at or before 11:00 a.m. Please ensure that you turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronic devices when leaving the property. Also, please lock all windows and doors and return the keys. Guests will be charged for lost or unreturned keys.

No additional guests/house parties: Guests agree that the property will not be occupied by more people than the number indicated on the reservation. Violating this rule will result in immediate vacating without a refund.

Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property.

No smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Leaving the smell of cigarette smoke and/or cannabis inside the property will incur a $50 penalty fee.

Linens/towels: Bed linens and bath towels are provided. Bath towels must not be removed from the accommodation. Please do not eat in bed and do not sit on the bed or furniture while wearing wet clothes.

Dryer and Washer: Run only with cold water.

Bathroom: Do not flush paper towels, tampons, or sanitary napkins down the toilet. Use the trash can instead. Emergency toilet unclogging will incur an additional charge.

Damage: Guests are responsible for repairs in case of any damage to the property.

Parking: Please park in the designated parking space.

Power Outages: In the event of power outages beyond our control during your stay, no refund will be issued. Similarly, if the Wi-Fi service is interrupted due to circumstances beyond our control, no refund will be given.

Pool: Guests are responsible for any incidents in the pool area, as there is no lifeguard service.
