This place really is a hidden gem, and all the staff work hard to make it that way. Everything about our stay ran so smoothly, from our pickup and boat transfer on arrival, to our departure. Beautiful location, so calm and peaceful. Wonderful staff, all very friendly, polite and knowledgeable, and great that they always remembered our names! Olman's welcome on the pier and his easygoing manner made us feel at home straight away. We loved our room (which was spotlessly clean) - the furnishings and the wrap-around balcony with its jungle view and sounds. So much wildlife to watch and listen to! We particularly enjoyed our trail walks with the guides Oscar and Jean-Carlos, and I felt totally chilled after my massage with Isabella. The food was always freshly prepared and delicious. We're so glad we stayed here, and hope to return one day."
