"They were not sensitive to those who work out in the a.m. because the fitness center was opened at 10 and checkout is 11 had to remind the staff that the Fitness room was not open. They said give me 10 minutes that put us at 10:15 and it was just a little too late too. Do what needed to be done morning staff member was informed of an issue and he did not solve the problem or act like he wanted to. Check-in staff was awesome. Checkout staff were just leaving was good, but was not proficient on getting to Fitness room."
