Welcome to Coco Cabana, a newly reimagined coastal retreat in the heart of Holmes Beach. This stylish ground-level home blends modern updates with laid-back island charm, creating the perfect getaway for families, couples, or friends.

Just a few blocks from the white sandy beaches of Anna Maria Island and within walking distance to shopping, dining, and the free trolley, Coco Cabana’s location couldn’t be better. After a day of exploring, retreat to your own private heated pool complete with a swim-up tiki bar, the perfect place to relax and enjoy your favorite drink without ever leaving the water.

Inside, the home offers three comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms feature king beds with flat-screen televisions, while the third bedroom has two twin beds and its own TV. Each space has been thoughtfully designed to create a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The bright, open living room is newly furnished with coastal-inspired décor, and the fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and everything needed to prepare meals or poolside snacks. Guests also enjoy the convenience of keyless, no-contact check-in.

Coco Cabana comfortably sleeps six and includes amenities such as complimentary Wi-Fi, streaming televisions, a washer and dryer, and parking for two vehicles. The cottage is so convenient to everything we wanted - beach, restaurants, shops and bars. We love AMI and hope to stay at this hidden gem in the future. The pool set up with the chairs, table, tiki hut, and landscaping was resort level! The house is well maintained and fully set up for renters including kitchen needs, pool/beach towels, and pool/beach floats, chairs, umbrellas. We had stayed off AMI before but we did prefer this location as we were able with a short drive/golf cart up to the Doughnut Experiment and Two Scoops ice cream on the north end of the island. We will definitely look for this house again when we return to AMI.
