NOTICE: Please be advised that there is an ongoing roofing project scheduled to continue through end of July 2025. Work will take place Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM, with occasional Saturday work. While there may be some noise during the initial tear-off phase, the remainder of the work will be quieter. We want to assure you that the beach access and all of our amenities will be fully open and ready for you to enjoy throughout the project!

The heated oceanfront pool is steps away along with convenient access to the beach.

The unit is also stocked with beach accessories for your enjoyment, including beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, toys, towels and a cooler. The master bedroom is complete with a king bed, large plasma TV and a beautiful view of the ocean. The second bedroom has a king bed and a queen sized air mattress if required. There is free high speed wireless internet so you can remain fully connected (if you wish).

Enjoy all the amenities you want right on site including two on-site washers and dryers located on the 3rd and 4th floor, two BBQ stations, two fenced dog parks, bocce ball, shuffleboard, fitness room overlooking the pool and Ocean, and heated pool. The building is conveniently located only 20 minutes from Melbourne International Airport, an hour from Orlando International Airport and 15 minutes South of Cocoa Beach. Everything you need is conveniently located close by including a large Publix (grocery store) and movie theater right across the street. There are also plenty of excellent restaurants located within a short drive.

🐾 Please Note: While dogs are welcome in this condo, the beach directly in front of the building is not pet-friendly. However, there are several dog-friendly beach spots just a short drive away—perfect for an oceanside walk with your pup!
