“Lovely folk, good price, huge room”

“The hotel was about a 1-hour walking distance from the center, but there are plenty of bus stops, including right outside the hotel. It is also about a 10-minute walk to a shopping center with a supermarket and a McDonald's. The bed was comfortable, and all the amenities were functioning.”

“The exterior of the Inn could benefit from some improvements. First impressions matter, and on arrival we were concerned it might be a little run down. Thankfully, this wasn’t the case — our room was pleasant, comfortable, and spacious enough for a one‑night stay. The only downside was that the coffee and tea facilities were very limited, with just two sachets and a few milk capsules, and as the Inn closes early there was no staff around in the evening to ask for more. “Das Hotel ist schon ziemlich abgelegt und an vielen Ecken abgenutzt (Badefliesen lose, Schubladen, die nicht richtig schließen, Deko, die teilweise kaputt ist etc.). Schade, denn eigentlich ist die Unterkunft (Burg) sehr gut für eine originelle Art der Übernachtung. Für eine Nacht war es ok. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück isst man am besten von der Karte, da die Büffetauswahl doch sehr eingeschränkt ist.”

“Fantastic stay. Stayed many times in a snug pod for business maybe 15 times a year. Tried a cabin for first time because the price was cheaper than normal. Amazing, shame its too expensive to do more often. Only downside was the wifi was hit and miss but overall very good”

“The room was large and sparkling clean, with two beds and a seating area. We appreciated the large windows with a street view. The location is perfect— right in the heart of Stirling.”

“The room was extremely small. It was especially hard to maneuver in the bathroom. I had requested housekeeping every day and all they really did was change out the towels. The bathroom sink did not drain well and by the end of the week it was filthy.”
