“First time staying at this property. The room was impeccably clean. The staff were amazing. We arrived early. Our room wasn't ready yet because we arrived early and we still were able to get our key in our parking pass so that when we returned, we could take care of all of that right away. The bed was comfortable water pressure was fantastic in the shower. They do have breakfast, which was good. Thank you for a great night's day. Love the Saugatuck area. Can't go wrong.”

We found the Roost to be very warm, welcoming and well outfitted, there was everything we needed and we didnt need anything while we were there. Amy was very welcoming and shared some resources with us before coming which we took advantage of and appreciated.
