"Responsive helpful friendly owners. A beautiful oasis tucked in the jungle. Clean, tidy with lots of amenities. We were only there one night but wish we had more time to stay longer. Saw 2 sloths right outside the property. Pool area and gardens well maintained. Breakfast included and was delicious! We would definitely return. Dinner at the super club down the road was incredible! "

"We reserved a room at this location, however we were switched to ZenZaru same ownership. At KiKaru the grounds were not maintained and the pool was unusable/not clean. When we arrived at ZenZaru the location was very inconvenient. You had to go down approximately 100 steps to get to the rooms. There is no reception area, no rest area/lounge. "Clean modern room, best shower in Costa Rica at this pricepoint. Fast wifi with excellent coverage. No AC, but room is designed for that with large screens just below the ceiling and a big overhead fan. We stayed for two nights when day time temps were in the upper 80s on the beach, and we were very comfortable at altitude with the breezes from the ocean. The host, Lori, is a gem.
