We had car broken on the way to the hotel and the host assisted us a lot and almost deal with everything for us with complicated car rental agent. We really really appreciate this. "床辱太軟太薄了，手可以摸得到彈簧，訓到腰痛。 浴室花灑熱水水壓不穩定，不是太熱就是太凍。 吹風機吹10秒就過熱停咗，停好耐先再吹得，跟住又停。 Check in 前枱服務員態度懶散，求求其其叫你自己入資料，無服務可言。 最後到Check out，想寄存行李，前枱女服務員Miki 叫我大堂搵位隨便放，佢唔會幫寄存亦唔會負責，但明明佢身後就幾個行李在寄存。 住咗兩晚，價錢亦唔平，感覺實在太差！"
