“We stayed in Treetop, one of the rooms at this cottage. First of all, if you want to book this stay, know that there is an extra fee you will be hit with AFTER the refundable deadline and BEFORE your stay. The host adds a surprise charge right before you arrive, calls it a "booking fee" when it's absolutely not, and pretends like it was discussed upfront when it wasn't. Prepare to pay extra money to stay here because customer support will not help you. I exhausted myself explaining the charge to……

“This was an absolutely beautiful little cabin tucked away in the woods, yet still not too far from gas stations, etc. The home was full of thoughtful touches and we enjoyed sitting on the dock and admiring the lake, cooking out on the grill and having a quiet fire during our short stay. The host, Elizabeth, was very kind and responsive! This was the perfect getaway for us to enjoy some downtime on our road trip!”
