"I tried both my keys upon arrival and both didn't work. A member of the staff noticed immediately and let us into our room. She offered to grab us 2 new keys while we were settling in. She also asked if we wanted bed rails for my 3 year old without me asking. I didn't even know the hotel offered them. My husband asked her name, which was Angie (manager). Highly impressed with her management style. I've been to the Falls many times with different hotels, but I've never had that kind of service. The staff here are amazing. Check in staff were very helpful and welcoming. We got a room at 2pm which I was very happy about. The rooms, waterpark and restaurants are all attached to the waterpark which I loved. We didn't have to walk or drive anywhere. When departing, almost every room service staff member acknowledged us and said to have a great day. "
