Fully Equipped Interior:
This fully renovated condo exudes a light and airy island vibe, complemented by vaulted ceilings, air conditioning, and ceiling fans in every room for your comfort.
The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials, including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, kettle and drip coffee machine. You'll also find basic pantry items such as salt, pepper, spices, vinegar, oil, and coffee filters to get you started.
For added convenience, the refrigerator features filtered water, an ice maker, and a Brita-filtered water container. A clothes washer and dryer are also available in the unit.

Entertainment options include a large 55" flat-screen HD smart TV, internet access, and a JBL Bluetooth speaker for your enjoyment inside the condo. Additionally, a curated book library offers a selection of both fiction and non-fiction titles for your reading pleasure.

The unit boasts a million-dollar view of the Caribbean Sea, where unforgettable sunsets paint the sky each evening. Step directly onto the beach or take a short stroll to a wide range of nearby amenities—including grocery stores, restaurants, bars, bakeries, gyms, pharmacies, liquor stores, and medical offices.

Outdoor Space:
A highlight of the condo is the large fully covered verandah overlooking the gardens and beach, providing a perfect spot for outdoor dining and relaxation.  It is furnished with outdoor ceiling fans, an outdoor dining table, couches and a hammock.  Folding beach chairs, pool/beach toys, kids' games/toys, puzzles, and portable beach coolers are available for guests' use.
The property also features private lawns, a swimming pool with lounge chairs, tables and umbrellas, a BBQ area, a poolside shower, and a tennis court (tennis racquets are available for use in the condo). The condo offers easy access to the best snorkelling spots on Seven Mile Beach, including a shipwreck alive with corals and sea life right off the beach within swimming distance.
Aqua socks or water shoes are suggested for wading in the shallow waters in certain areas of Grand Cayman.

Cayman is also well known for its excellent restaurants and the area offers a variety of restaurants to explore, including the following which are all within walking distance:  Thai Orchid, The Kitchen, Coconut Joe's, Southern Spice, The Wharf, ICOA, The Bird, and Peppers.

Loved the place. Quiet area with beautiful views. Enjoyed watching all the cruise ships come in. Note - you can not stroll along the beach either North or South as you are quickly in the water!

Amazing!!!

I can’t recommend staying here highly enough. First the location is perfect. You are close to everything on Seven Mile Beach as well as Georgetown. The condo itself is amazing. They have done a great job updating on the inside and I can’t say enough about the view. I’ve been to Cayman 8 times and just found this place but I will definitely be staying here the next time I come!

Little gem!

Cocoplum is a little gem! The condo is cute and updated and clean! Lots of space and all the supplies (cooler, towels, kitchen, etc.) we needed! The pool and grounds were lovely, quiet, and private. The beach was fun for snorkeling with a small shipwreck close by and lots of rocks for finding critters. We rented a car so getting to the other beaches was easy, but my kids didn’t want to leave Cocoplum!

Perfect home base to explore Grand Cayman

Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed staying at Cocoplum. Unit 8 was excellent - gorgeous views of the ocean, and also a clear view of the pool. Perfect with kids. Well-stocked kitchen, and a comfortable living room to enjoy during a rainy afternoon. We all enjoyed collecting sea glass and shells along the beach, playing in the tide pools, and snorkeling out to the wreck - a quick swim away. A few snorkel spots to try - Smith's cove, Cemetery beach, Spott's beach - but we found it most enjoyable right in front of the complex. Stingray city trip is a must, at least once! And I highly recommend Ristorante Papagallo for a nice dinner out. Great trip all around - thank you, and we hope to visit again!

Perfect!

The pictures on the website cannot do justice to this property. It is perfectly situated half way to anywhere you want to go on the island. No car - no problem. It is within walking distance to many restaurants and the best grocery store on the island is a short jaunt away. The unit is spacious and well appointed. The kitchen has everything you could ever want to prepare meals. The beds are comfortable and the linens are high end. Check in was easy and the manager responded very quickly. The pool was warm with a great view of the ocean. Even though all units were booked we often had the pool to ourselves. You really can't go wrong with this booking.

Fabulous family Vacation

We had an amazing stay at Cocoplum #8. The condo is well located and is well stocked with everything you could need to enjoy your stay. Waking up every morning to that view was sooooo breathtaking. The sunset in the evening was also spectacular. My whole family loved where we stayed. The grounds were nice and quite, and the man who maintained the grounds and the lady who cleaned some of the condos were so friendly and kind. The condo was the perfect size for our family of 5 and it was so nice having the two bathrooms and bedrooms. If you are looking for a great place to stay near seven mile beach I would definitely recommend this unit. The only feedback I would give to the owners is that the blinds in the bedrooms let in a lot of light in the night from the flood lights outside lighting up the property and that the ceiling fan in the main bedroom was a little squeaky. Besides that 10/10 stay!!

Nice, but the wrong part of 7 mile beach

Not bad, but wouldn't stay here again. This is a nice, clean property. Spacious and well equipped. Most importantly for us, it was quiet with no noisy neighbours or rowdy groups. The pool is small though, which is fine if you're the only ones in it, but not if a few others join you, when it's like standing in an elevator. The property is right on the beach, but this is where things start to unravel. If you've seen Die Hard where Bruce Willis walks over broken glass in his bare feet, you can imagine what walking into the sea from this beach feels like. It is tiny, and all sharp rocks and broken coral. Sure you could wear reef shoes, but who wants to have to do that? The really annoying thing is that you have one of the best beaches in the Caribbean just a few hundred yards away, but you take your life in your hands walking over ironstone and slippery rock pools to get to it. Luckily we had a car, so we would just drive a mile up the road, and access a nice part of the beach from there. There are plenty of apartments right on the nice parts of 7 mile beach, so pick one of those. You don't need to be this close to Georgetown as the island is so small. Overall, a nice apartment, but in the wrong place.

Great Stay!

Location is great. Its tucked away from plenty of the ongoing noise both from Georgetown and the resorts on the Seven Mile Beach. Trees provide some shade to the patio which can difficult to get a breeze on. Everything was very clean, and the kitchen was well supplied. It never felt cramped or small with three adults. The beds could probably be replaced, as they're sinking pretty bad in the middle. But overall pretty minimal to a great place to call home for a little bit.

Wonderful Family Vacation

This spot was perfect for my husband, two kids in college and me. The condo was well appointed and had all the essentials- including beach towels and chairs - for us to enjoy the best of the beach. We brought our own snorkeling gear and saw a variety of fish at the ship wreck right off shore including a Morrey Eel! This place is walking distance to grocery store, The Wharf restaurant ( great place) and the liquor store. Loved this place and hope to return again in the future!

We had a fabulous stay here in condo #8! It was everything we needed and wanted. The listing was exactly as described! The sunsets from the balcony were our absolute favorite! SECRET PARADISE STAY!

As first-time visitors to the Cayman Islands, our stay at Cocoplum Condos was nothing short of exceptional. Perfect Cayman vacation rental

Traveling with my wife and three children and Cocoplum was the perfect vacation rental for us. The rental was clean, comfortable, well equipped and in the perfect location. The ocean views from the large balcony were spectacular and views of the pool and well maintained grounds were also great - it was a perfect spot for a cup of coffee or cocktail or to read a book. The pool is on the small side but was perfect for us - my boys probably were in the pool 5 hours a days. There are plenty of lounge chairs and tables around the pool which were perfect for lounging but also for dining ocean and poolside. A few steps away is the beach which is very private. There is coral but it’s an amazing beach. A short distance out from the shoreline we saw of fish and coral reefs. Plus a short swim away is a shipwreck which was so interesting to snorkel around - when my youngest son wasn’t in the pool he was snorkeling and checking out the shipwreck. There is a nice tennis court on the property which we used for tennis but also to workout. There were other families and small groups at the property during our stay but for the most part we felt we had the place to ourself. There are also two charcoal grills. This was our first trip to the Caymans but we thought the location was perfect. Lots of great restaurants and food stores are a short distance. For us Cocoplum was a perfect spot to relax and have fun together as a family…we didn’t want to leave!

Thank you for making your wonderful property available for our family’s Cayman vaca! The furnishings, bathrooms, and kitchen were clean and modern. Quiet beachfront location with plenty of walkable amenities. Shipwreck right off the private beach! Water shoes are key for the rocks. Kids loved the pool.
