Jan-Feb Sale - Mountain view, theater, game room, hot tub & fire pit near park!

The Peaceful Perch has a georgeous mountain view in Wears Valley. This beautiful cabin is just 10 minutes from Townsend and 17 minutes from downtown Pigeon Forge. Come enjoy the hot tub, fire pit, game room, movie theater and more.

The Peaceful Perch is a fully furnished one king en-suite, a king and queen in a large open loft, and queen bunk beds and twin bunk beds in the game room area. There are three full bathrooms total, one on each floor. With this, 12 guests can sleep comfortably.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a drip coffee maker and coffee plus all of the essentials to create a wonderful meal. You may also want to grill on the charcoal grill located just off of the back porch.

The open living room on the main floor provides great views of the mountains, porch, kitchen and 65 inch smart TV. The master bedroom with en-suite is also on this level and has its own smart TV.

Upstairs includes beds, bathroom, seating areas in addition to a huge multipurpose closet that can be used as a playroom for the kids or workspace if needed…remember, you’re on vacation.

Downstairs, you will find a theater with 85 inch smart TV and Sonos sound bar and subwoofer. The theater has 6 plush, electric leather seats along with 2 large bean bag chairs. Of course, there’s room for more seating so feel free to move chairs from the game room just around the corner or grab a few blankets to enjoy the movie or big game with your family. Enjoy Pac Man, NFL Blitz or play some pool while watching another large smart TV hung in the game room.

House broken dogs are welcome. Please no puppies who are not housebroken, no puppy pads. No dogs who are chewers or who "mark." There is a $125 pet fee. Please inquire about multiple pets. There is a great fenced area your dog can go hang out and go to the restroom. However, please read the next paragraph.

The cabin is near the woods so you will probably hear and maybe see some “critters.” There have been bear sightings on our property so keep an eye out and do not feed them or leave food out on the porch. We don't leave our dog out by herself in case a bear comes through the area. If bears do come around, please keep your distance.

The hot tub is for everyone, however kids must be accompanied by an adult at all times. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant. Have fun but use the hot tub at your own risk.

While not steep or excessive, please note there are stairs throughout the property as seen in the pictures.

No late check-out or check-in. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10:00 a.m. on their scheduled day of departure, there will be a $50 fee administered for the first half hour and $100 for each subsequent half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.

No refunds for weather, natural disasters, power outages and other events beyond our control.

Wears Valley, where the Peaceful Perch is located, is a quaint mountain town situated at the foot of the Great Smoky Mountains. This unique town offers many adventures and amazing places to eat. Wears Valley is also centrally located between Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Townsend & the GSM Park.

Quiet little Place

The house was very clean and nice they have everything you need in the kitchen except the food plenty of towels and blankets very nice place we would definitely stay again.

Amazing!! My family of 6 and our dog stayed here for a week and had the best time! The location of the home is a short drive to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. The views are beautiful from the deck and we all had a lot space to spread out and relax. Les was the best host and super responsive and helpful on local activities. We can’t wait to stay here again. We will definitely be back!

Dream place in the mountains!

We had an absolute blast! This place is wonderful! Exactly as described and well stocked! It is beautiful and wonderfully situated. You can be in the center of the action of Pigeon Forge in just a short trip or relax in the privacy and tranquility of the mountains. Plenty to do at the house and we loved the Wears Valley. The owners were great to communicate with and I appreciate all they did to make our trip to TN great!

Awesome spring break getaway

From the start Les was an amazing host.Very easy to contact and work with.The house is beautiful and quiet but so much to do inside if you want to. You can just stay right there in that little town and not go anywhere!. We are definitely keeping this one on our favorite list!

Ideal spot for our 1st visit to the Smokey’s

We had an amazing stay and experience here during our 1st visit to the Smokey Mountain area. The location was ideal- away from the hustle and bustle, while convenient and close enough to everything we wanted to see and do. The cabin was immaculate and we loved the amenities, including the game room. The fenced yard was also ideal for including our dog on this trip. We were extremely pleased with our stay and experience, and would absolutely stay here again!

Enjoyed every minute!

Quiet serene setting, well-located for our itinerary. We left early every morning and returned exhausted in the evening, so we didn’t avail ourselves of any amenities except the hot tub, which offered welcome relief after a long day! Game room and movie room also looked great, though..just too tired at the end of the day to do anything except soak and sleep!

Relaxing Vacation

The property is in a great location and was very clean. Convenient to Pigeon Forge and to Townsend. The property is thoughtfully stocked: snacks, spices, great coffeemaker, kitchen well stocked with pots and pans for cooking, dinnerware for eating, doggie bags, and lots of candles. The grill on back patio was easy to use. The downstairs playroom and theater room led to lots of fun. Combination to front door was easy to use. Communication from owners was timely and excellent. We will definitely consider returning to this beautiful mountain retreat.

Absolutely Amazing!

We rented the cabin for a weekend getaway. LIterally everything you can imagine was provided down to special snacks for our children. The owners were so easy to work with and responded to every question we had about location. Our dog enjoyed the small fenced in yard. I am not sure what I loved most about the cabin. The hot tub was very clean! The porch was so enjoyable. The theater is great for the nights when the view is hidden. Location of the cabin was wonderful. WE will certainly come again and spread the word.

What a beautiful place to stay. The house, the scenery! My family and I had a wonderful time. It had everything we needed. Lots of space, fun kids closet with toys. We had a blast with the theater for movie nights. Loved being a ways out from the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg but close enough to go check in out! I could sit and hang out on that porch all day!

This place was fantastic, very nice layout and within 20 minutes of a ton of area attractions. Our family of 8 stayed for five nights in early August. The view out the front was awesome with the mountains. We also really enjoyed the hot tub, grill, fire pit area, movie theater and game room. It was nice to spend time there with how crowded the Pigeon Forge area was with tourists.

Very nice property in which had plenty of room and entertainment for our family of 5 plus dog. The house was well equipped and clean. There are lots of things inside to keep everyone occupied from the arcade games and pool table, to the theatre room, then you have the wonderful view outside from the porch to making s’mores and hanging by the fire pit . It’s close in proximity to all of the activities Pigeon Forge has to offer, but far enough away to offer peace and quiet when desired. This rental will be high on our list if we choose to vacation again in Tennessee.

Family trip

This cabin was exactly what our family looked for. It was about 20 minutes from the main strip, so it was nice and quiet. The grocery store was close for anything last minute things you need. The hot tub, games, and movie theater accommodated everyone and kept the littles entertained. One thing to note, the smoke detector is in the master bathroom locked in a closet. If you take a hot shower it will go off. It took a couple minutes for it to stop on its own. The owners were very responsive if we had questions or concerns. Overall it was a great experience and we would love to come back!

Absolutely the best

Beautiful inside and out, has everything you need and then some. We were here to celebrate our daughters HS grad with 6 teenagers in tow. They were content to just enjoy the cabin because there was so much to do and they did NOT get bored! Easily accessible, close to grocery store and all the hussle and bussle of Pigeon Forge is not far away. The hosts were amazing, so friendly and quick to get back to us with any concerns. They have thought of everything that you need down to the smallest detail, for cooking, the firepit, popcorn for the theater room, even dishes for the pooch. (The hubs fav, 5 recliners in the living room lol) I can't say enough about this place! You will not be disappointed. The best review of all came from 6 teen girls who said they "had the time of their lives", Now that, is worth 10 stars alone! Thank you for sharing your Peaceful Perch with us!

Beautiful cabin

The cabin was amazing. It was a short stay for us but the kids really loved all of the amenities that the cabin had. Just far enough away from town but in a nice quiet area. Owners were very responsive to us. Would recommend to anyone and stay again!

Smokey Mountain Cabin

Wonderful place with excellent owners. Verry helpful and cordial. Quiet with a great view without being too isolated. Good kitchen and the lower level has a real home theater with a game room which is pretty unique. If we return to the area it is at the top of the list.
