“Clean room, staff went out of their way to make it special for us. specially Sabina from reservation department, Salatine from reception and Chingez from room service, the whole of the restaurant team thank you for making it special for us. I can’t remember the name of the gentleman on reception who collected our luggage from the room. He was very helpful to us and guided us really well. All in all a wonderful hotel and excellent staff would come again. ”

“We had such a wonderful time in this hotel and in Baku overall. The room was the most spacious I have ever seen. Huge bathroom, huge balcony. The kids loved the bunk bed. The furnishings all over the hotel was impecable, providing a very comfortable staying. The food at dinner time was delicious. On the down side, I would mention the breakfast is served on a la carte basis. I would have preferred to have a buffet option instead, but maybe this is the norm in Baku. I would definitely recommend……
