“The exhaust vent in the hallway on the fourth floor is extremely noisy! Handheld shower handle was a low quality product. The omlets for breakfast were not very good. Enjoyed the automated brewed coffee in the breakfast area, it was very good. However, the coffee served in the lobby was terrible. The desk clerk said I am not eligible for IHG points since I made my reservation through Expedia.”

“No microwave in room. One microwave at the downstairs checkin area. Breakfast was minimal. Mostly carbs..bagels, cereal and muffins. Only protein was a boiled egg. Had a 3x3 refig in home. Barely kept anything cold even after turning up dial. Hotel did have a washer and dryer which was very nice. Parking was very limited. Hotel is pet friendly so be ready for baking dogs when owners go out to dinner.”

We had to return to the front desk ourselves to get our keys, and no apology was offered. “I booked a king room with a balcony. When we got there, we checked in, parked pretty far away, carried our luggage to out room only to find 2 queen beds. Noone informed us of a room change prior to walking in and finding out ourselves. It would have been nice to be informed when checking in at least. When i went back down to the desk to ask i was told there was probably a maintenence problem.They did offer us a free breakfast for the inconvenience but it doesn't change the bed size. When we……

“Not fit for visitors, property look like a run down 1980’s motel. Avoid this place.”

“Room is old, bathtub is rusted, caulking around toilet was black. The room smells like no one lives in it for a while. While it rained, the water overflow to the door. The only pleasant thing was the staff was really nice and helpful. I don't think I will go back again unless they make some improvement”
