“We traveled from NJ, with family members from overseas, for a trip to Hershey's and Lancaster. We stayed a night at Dean and Christine's lovely home. They had thought of everything and made our stay very comfortable. The house was spotless. They provided us with sourdough cinnamon rolls, bottled water, snacks, and soda, which I have to say was very thoughtful and considerate of them. “Texter Mountain became the perfect location for our family to gather for our Thanksgiving celebration. One family of nine traveled from upstate New York and stayed at the lodge, while seven others, who live locally joined them each day to reconnect and enjoy the beautiful location. “Enjoyed the outdoor deck very peaceful had our coffee there every morning. The unit was very clean. Could use table lamps in living room and bedroom, need instructions for tv controllers and bathroom hot and cold water are reversed . Would have liked some drinking glasses in kitchen and extra trash bags. Was well lit at night to go around back and down hill to unit. Path was steeper than anticipated. Every need we had was addressed promptly. ”
