"The staff are fabulous, very attentive and customer focused. We had an outdoor private bath which was wonderful and highly recommended. Our one complaint is the beds (futon) they were very thin and hard. We did not sleep well. "

"A simple and dependable business hotel. The staff were very friendly and even let me check in a bit early, which I appreciated. The room was clean, though the air felt a little stale when I first arrived. Breakfast is straightforward and gets the job done, and the small public baths were a nice way to relax. The location is very convenient, with plenty of dining options and useful shops close by. Overall, a clean, friendly, and reliable place for a short stay."

"It was like a shared house experience for us. The hotel room was a bit small but clean overall. The area was in the walking distance from shopping streets, restaurants and major shrines. Also the complimentary water and some juice were very nice."

" Location was fantastic and buffet breakfast highly recommended! Great selection available.
As soon as you walk out you are in food heaven, the alleyways come to life at night! Not too far from Osaka Railway Station so easy to navigate to for travellers with bags. Good sized room for two people. "
"This is a great hotel. We stayed in two places in Osaka and very much enjoyed this one. Their location is a very clean safe and modern area very close to the subway. A little bit far from Osaka main station but very easy to get around.
The place is very professionally run, everyone speaks very good English and the brooms are very tidy and quiet.
The breakfast was excellent, not a buffet but plenty of food and vegetarian options were available which was important for us.
The free beer (unlimited) from 6 pm to 7 pm was enjoyable for relaxing too"
