“I loved the beach view 😍 from my room named the maya. We did get a complimentary drink, but no breakfast. Didn't see much of the staff just front desk wasn't that friendly with us just normal. Need friendly outgoing staff”

“If you’re looking for a jungle stay this is a beautiful property- just gorgeous! The staff is super nice & helpful. The ziplining was the highlight of our time there. We took a waterfall hike too where we saw a Jaguar & snake. Due to no fault of their own we got rained in for a day due to random flash flood. I would avoid staying in rainy season.
