Excellent proximity to beaches and the redwood forest. The luxury RV was even more spacious than I expected, and the indoor pool was a huge perk for our kids. Communication with Gina was great, and she also shared great nearby places to visit. It appeared other renters had been rough with the RV, and for the Host's sake, we hope going forward people will treat the RV as if they owned it, rather than something they can use and abuse. Big yard for playing catch with the kids and the indoor pool was fun. I don't recommend more then 5 to stay in this place unless small children. The pull out couch and table bed would be ok for small children but not for teens or older. Short walk to the water to see seals, otters, and beautiful waves.
