“Floors were dirty, hardly any towels/washcloths, hardly any dishes, only one key fob to use elevator for two parties, and poor communication from host. Paid host to park my car for the week. They failed to register my vehicle and I got a ticket. Completely ignored phone calls and messages after I brought that up. So basically took my money and didn’t use it towards parking. Made me stress out the rest of my vacation about my car getting towed. Never gave us check out instructions. Awful……

“Front desk staff had zero urgency. When I arrived, I was #6 in line and when I was done there were about 10 behind me. I get that computers only process so fast and whatever, but she was 100% unbothered. Hotel was noisy. Not the people in it, but the actual building. Doors were loud and keypad entry was loud. Like wake you up loud. Rooms and building were beautiful though! I’d stay again and just prepare for a slow check in and bring ear plugs.”
