“You receive a WhatsApp with all your info on, the hotel was not manned but we got there late, but we already had our code to get in to our room, there was bottled water for you and a coffee machine in lobby, only thing I would have liked was 2 pillows but that’s not a complaint that’s just me”

“Stay away!
The staff was nice but not service minded. They wouldn't do anything about our A/C not working in January - which led to us waking up in the middle of the night freezing cold. They couldnt offer us another room nor would they try to fix or compensate our room fee.
The water ran out and for half an hour once a day we didnt have any water and the toilet wouldn't/ couldn't flush for the first 3 day. Yes, we did make them aware.
Even after 4 days the manager was in the reception and……

“The room was freezing, they claimed there is central heating. In fact there was only an air-conditioner with the maximum temperature output at 32 degrees Celsius which the weather reported between 3c to 7c even during daytime. There was only a thin blanket provided. Some of the lighting were not working too.
The environment was also very dirty, cockroaches ruining around the apartment. And inside the main entrance as well. Please take this offer out from your list. Absolutely unsatisfied which……
