“No staff on property. Heating unit not working. Someone texted me info to correct problem but did not work. No one offered to come look at it. It was late. When we got there window was open and was cool. Never warmed up. Television was horrible. No local channels or ESPN. ONLY ROKU streaming. PARKING WAS HORRIBLE. Not enough parking for a full house crowd. Would NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. NEVER. As far I know no staff was ever on the grounds.”

“This was the first time at the Kitzhof. I was Not disappointed. The inn was clean, homey and welcoming. The property owner was very friendly and provided a list of local restaurants. That night we had some local entertainment and shared it with others who were regulars. It was a good time. The bed was comfortable and we had all we needed. Breakfast the next morning was hearty and plentiful. My husband and I had a really good time and will not hesitate to return!”

“Our weeklong trip meandering the roads of Vermont was made more memorable by our stay at the Brook Bound Inn! The property is gorgeous and impeccably maintained! Our room was clean and so quiet! The bed was comfortable, and the blackout window blinds allowed us to sleep a little later than normal.
