“Beautiful resort with stunning views of the Pitons and a unique chocolate-themed experience. The grounds are peaceful and perfect for a relaxing stay. However, the food is very expensive for the portion sizes, and pricing isn’t always clear upfront. Some excursions and transportation also felt overpriced or poorly coordinated. “Everything was nice and clean and pretty new looking. That being said, I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 just because of some small things that seem unfinished around the room we had. Like they were very new and didn't have enough silverware or plates, cups and glasses. We had enough as it was only 2 of us, but if you had more, you would have been short. And things like the light switches need to be finished in. The tap water was safe to drink but often got cloudy so you would have to wait for……

“Jude’s Apartments was an excellent choice for me. It was a calm 2 bedroom lower level unit that features a laundry room. Very clean and comfortable. The space was very easy to make yourself at home. The location was very convenient as well being just two minutes away from the beach and walking distance from several local restaurants. The host Julie was a life saver and I honestly look forward to staying at Jude’s the next time I visit St Lucia. ”

“Outdated room but very nice staff and unbelievable room. Low water flow in shower (Room 102). Staff provided earplugs which was great for the smoke detector sound coming from frogs all night. Would stay again but ideally in one of the newer rooms. ”

“The room was very clean, we had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. The location was excellent, a 5 minute walk to Soufriere Bus Terminal , from where you can take the bus to any place in the island. The only thing is there were a few ceiling lights that needed replacing as they were constantly blinking but ither than that, all facilities were great. A comfortable stay.”

“We were unable to contact host. I message them and hotels.com several times. We did not receive the check in directions. The phone number did not work. We had to stay at another hotel. We would like a refund. ”
