“good”

“Balfour was an acceptable stay for us prior to our cruise. The property was unremarkable, really, except for the beach chairs available on South Beach. Our room was old and outdated; nothing in particular wrong, but not as comfortable as we hoped. We paid an upgrade fee to stay on an upper floor for an ocean view which was a sliver of a window looking at the ocean between two buildings.”

“Nice place in a really good location”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing stay in South Beach! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. The location is absolutely perfect just steps from the beach and within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and everything South Beach has to offer, while still being in a great area to relax. The apartment was well equipped, spacious, and very convenient for our stay. Communication with the the property manager was excellent from beginning to end friendly, responsive, and always……

“Loved everything. Great area, staff was very helpful and nice. Walkable to a lot of things. Overall will definitely be back!!”

“Nice design room, location near south beach, walk distance, not too noisy , and the breakfast is nice too.”

“Great location, good place for the price.”

“房間很新很乾淨，樓下是氣氛很好的餐廳，早餐種類少但很精緻，房間有大陽台，腳踏車提供使用，但要早點去借。”

“Staff is phenomenal! Room was very clean and super cute. Loved the location. The hotel was great! My only complaint would be how thin the walls are. We were able to hear every door close and people walking in and out throughout the night.”

“The hotel has a great atmosphere. The check in lady was very nice she explained everything on details . Beach was just a block from the hotel . Love this hotel and definitely recommend it . Restaurant is downstairs too and very convenient”
