“Good”

“To much bad element around all hours of the night. Was awaken at 1:30am in the morning by an argument . Was packed up and left out of there by 2:45 am.”

“I arrived a little before check in time exhausted and needing to rest. The desk lady insisted that I pay a $25 early check-in fee to be allowed in the room. I had checked in a little early the previous Thursday and that fee was never mentioned by the attendant working that day. When I refused she rudely told me to go wait outside until 3 o’clock. I’ll NEVER stay in your facilities again.”

“One of the best casino trips we've ever taken. Room was nice and clean. Food was delicious and reasonably priced. All the staff was friendly and helpful. The drink on demand I've never seen before, and it was amazing! I only had one issue, the pool. I may have missed it when looking on the website but the pool was closed for the season, which was a bummer. We were looking forward to trying it out. Overall would highly recommend and will definitely be returning.”

“We had to stay here because of a late night breakdown and not wanted to wait for help to arrive. The first person I came in contact with at yhe desk was helpful upon check in and the staff in the restaurant were very nice. I did use the gym which was great. The gym was clean and had fresh towels and bottled water which was a plus. We also played at the casino. Everything was going good until I saw a roach on our room. I couldn't sleep after that. Need to do a better job of extermination”

“Great location downtown Crowley. Nice property with character - would stay again. Noteworthy that, disappointingly, the balcony was not usable during our stay as the host informed us during check in that it was under construction. Hopefully, access to it will be restored soon - suggest checking ahead of booking ”
