“I was very disappointed during my stay at this hotel. When we checked in, the front desk receptionist had a very poor service attitude. It was already 11:30 pm when we arrived at the hotel, and we wanted to check in and rest immediately. However, the room arranged by the front desk was not the one I had originally booked. They assigned me to room 115, which had a bad smell and a very dirty bathroom. I said you didn't want that room, but the front desk receptionist said there were no other rooms……

“Cute little spot for a romantic getaway. I loved the views. Very peaceful atmosphere and staff was great. We showed up a little earlier and they allowed us to check in right away. Too bad gym was not available as it was advertised and I was charged a little higher price than Expedia rates.”
