"I had a nice time, and it is a wonderful place to launch for walks on the coast, but it is pricey place and there are some corrections to the listing to keep in mind for those looking for a beach house experience. The hot tub is in a common location and it was drained for the entire month. "was really nice get away for me and my spouse we arrived late the first night and the fire alarm battery was low we contacted them and they responded immediately which was really nice considering how late it was. i just felt awkward walking beside the main house because i think we scared the people staying in there since it was so late and they had all of the blinds open"

"I'm enjoying my long stay in the condo with a view of the ocean. pretty quiet and close drive to the clinics in which I work. close to walking/biking path, the wharf, aquarium, Monterey sports center, Starbucks, captain stoker's and dust bowl brewery. All walkable - approximately a mile or less, except the aquarium might be 2 miles. great location."

"This was the cleanest and most well appointed place I’ve ever stayed in at Pajaro Dunes! Thick and fluffy towels, linen sheets in the primary bedroom, plenty of toilet paper, backup soap and shampoos in the baths are often lacking in vacation rentals, but not here. We felt welcomed and appreciated in this lovely condo."
