“Nice open living space. Clean linens and kitchen. Great space for a family! The home is close to the airport and freeway, and you can hear traffic, but it wasn't an issue as all. The kids loved watching the planes land.”

“The cottage was very cute and very affordable. It says that 8 could stay there, but I wouldn't recommend any more than 6. The common areas were a little crowded when we had all 6 guests out there. There is room for parking for 2 vehicles but any more than that, including having guests visit, would be very difficult as street parking is very crowded. There is a lot within a 1/2 mile or so and we walked everywhere. Shelter Island is about a mile away and were able to walk there to see the...

“We were in San Diego to explore colleges with our son and to get to know the area to see if our son could see himself living here. The cottage was a great location to be able to visit colleges and get an idea of what it could be like to live in the San Diego area. The cottage itself was walkable to restaurants, the beach and markets and centrally located to visit other areas by car. While there is noise from the airport and the street, it didn't bother us as we took it to be part of the city...

“This property is super nice, clean, and conveniently located to so many attractions. You must be prepared for beach town vibes ( which we love). The property is located right next to the cutest barbershop, and nestled among an eclectic mix of businesses. The only downside was parking. Be prepared to pay for the public parking lot. That said, we had a wonderful stay and the owner was very communicative and friendly. ”

“We enjoyed our stay. The place was perfect and there was even a dog bed, toys, and a water dish filled with water waiting for us when we got there. Within walking distance to lots of dog friendly restaurants and within a 10-15min drive to all the things we wanted to do in San Diego, including an off leash dog beach. Would stay here again.”

“Cute walk up, as described and pictured. Great neighborhood close to beach and walking distance to town. Nicely furnished, light and airy, clean and comfortable. Only issue if I’m being picky is the windows, which are hard to operate and don’t stay open or closed very well. Despite them, I would definitely rent again.”
