It's relatively new and they are still working out some kinks.... e.g. the letter which informed us of the entry code was not clear on the sequence of steps needed to enter the residence. So we were locked out. Fortunately help was nearby and came quickly. But if we would have arrived in the late night it might have been bad. I think they are correcting their communications.”

I would highly recommend this place if you are coming to Springdale. One recommendation I would make is buy groceries before you get to town. They are very overpriced in town.”

“Fantastic stay at the Zion loft. Location couldn't be better, as you're practically the closest unit to the park entrance, but still an easy walk to plenty in Springdale. You are right above one eatery and are a ten second walk from a great coffee shop. The unit was fantastic and clean, with everything you would want for a 1-2 person stay. ”

“We had an amazing stay and really enjoyed the property. The views outside the balcony were stunning, location very convenient and well maintained altogether. The rooms and family areas were especially spacious which helped. We also appreciated the thoughts on all the small amenities. Keurig coffee, fully stocked kitchen with toaster, etc, a spot at the entry to put your "dirty" shoes with towel to clean, grill outside, etc. In all, no complains and if we return to the area, no problem staying...

“This is a studio unit that's been upgraded. Bathroom is very nice with an upgraded shower. Hot water is great. Kitchen is a studio unit that could use a tea pot and a pan with a lid. The murphy bed was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.”
