“The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional! Staff would constantly lock lobby to go outside and smoke for hours! When asked for wifi code the GM was rude , unprofessional and said I could not extend my stay for being combative although 8 literally was just asking for a wifi code lol”

“I absolutely loved my stay at Kasa in Nashville! The space was perfect, and having a kitchen made it easy to prepare breakfast before heading out to explore the city. I felt very safe and comfortable throughout my stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it! My only suggestion would be to add a door to the bedroom, as the sleeping area is completely open. Being able to close it for privacy would make the apartment absolutely perfect!”
