“I'll start out by saying that I selected this property because I had multiple communications with the host during the selection process and she was very accommodating and very helpful. I stayed three nights with my grandson who is11. She made special provision so that he could sleep on the couch and I slept in the comfortable bed in the bedroom. The place suited our needs and in fact we didn't have an opportunity to use some of the amenities that were available to us but we were happy to know……

“Nice house- very clean and had everything you need for a weekend stay. A bit further from UD campus than we thought. Not walking distance but easy Uber ride to all things Dayton. Very comfortable bed and spacious immaculate nathroom. Would choose to stay here again.”

“Having stayed at many places over the years when visiting our son at Cedarville University, this rental has been our favorite! Not only is it close to the university (less than a mile), it has all the comforts and essentials to provide for an excellent stay. The unit even has a small balcony off the kitchen that faces the east and overlooks the property and nearby corn fields. Most of all, Grace is an excellent hostess with excellent communication and is there to meet any needs that may……
