“It's a very well-designed apartment with an excellent location and a great view. As for communication during check-in, it was quite stressful because there was no one in person to explain everything to us, and we're not very adept at the technology used to check in. I would recommend washing the kitchen utensils because they get dusty if they're not used very often. But overall, we really liked it, and on a next visit to Nashville, we might request your services again. Thank you for everything. ”

The only negative was that it appeared someone had backed into the fence around the parking lot, making the first impression of the property not very good (which was not accurate!).
