Paul was so friendly and though he was always busy at the breakfast room, he always checked if we needed help Our room was spacious, clean and tidy and offered everything we need.The kitchen is big and we enjoyed cooking there. I used their washing machine and dryer and detergent and softener were available. Highly recommended for couples……

“I cannot say enough good things about AWOL Stowe! I was visiting Stowe (and Vermont) for the first time for a short birthday trip. I stayed in the "1 King Bed Cabin" and it was SO dreamy - a little individual hotel room that was so cozy. It was nice to not share walls with neighbors, while also still feeling safe as there is plenty of people around. The staff also left a wonderful little carepackage in my room with birthday wishes. And the lobby of the hotel was exceptionally cozy and aesthetic.……

“Adorable accommodations. Clean and comfortable room. I do wish we could bring our own food/beverages to the main room in the lodge. Since it was the room with the fireplace, games, etc., it was really the only common space. I realize they sold food and beverages. Sometimes you don't want to spend $$$ just to play Pictionary in front of the fire. Other than that, it was a perfect stay and I would absolutely book again. ”

“We had such a great stay!!! The breakfast every morning was delicious. The staff was so friendly and attentive. They have a special treat everyday after skiing so you can warm up with hot coffee, tea, warm cookies and soup! This place is so special! We can’t wait to come back soon.”
